Use our easy online-registration below to schedule an appointment and pay for your test at the same time.
Upon registration, you will receive an SMS text message with your appointment time and lab order number.
At the testing location we will use a pain free nasal swab on the lower part of the nostril to collect a sample.
You will receive a text notification with a link to your patient portal asking you to log in and see your results.
We perform a nasal swab to collect a sample of nasal secretions. This is done by inserting the swab into your nostril approximately 1 inch into the nasal passage (midway) with the most visible drainage or the nostril that is most congested if drainage is not present. The swab is rotated several times, removed gently and this process is repeated on the other side.
The COVID-19 PCR results are returned within 24-48 hours of specimen collection. When your results are ready, we’ll email you a link to view securely online.
Yes, you can only test with a testing appointment.
No, you do not need a referral for testing.
We do not accept your insurance information but most insurers or employers will reimburse you for the cost of the testing if you provide the receipt for your tests (this will immediately get sent to your email upon payment)
Patients can be of ANY age to register for COVID-19 testing. A parent or legal guardian must complete this registration for all minor patients and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to assist with swab collection if under 15 years of age.
You can reschedule your appointment online free of cost 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up to your testing appointment or try to reschedule in less than 24 hours, only 25% of your testing fee will be refunded.
We understand that you may need to bring someone with you; however, only patients who have qualified and scheduled a visit online can be tested.
If you are unable to keep your Covid-19 RT-PCR appointment, please adjust your appointment or call us to let us know at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Appointments booked same day or within 12 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy.
12 hour or less cancellations are a 50% charge, no shows are a 100% charge.
